Coaching and yoga are both about creating space—space to grow, breathe, and transform.
Molly's experience in consulting and her journey as a yoga teacher guide her coaching approach.
She believes that just as yoga can help you find balance and presence on the mat, coaching can offer clarity and direction off the mat—supporting you in living with more intention and ease.
Her coaching journey began during her time as Chief of Staff at a growing management consulting firm, where she served as a trusted sounding board, problem-solver, and steady presence behind the scenes—guiding leaders through growth, change, and uncertainty.
Eventually stepping away from the corporate world, Molly returned to yoga—not just as a practice, but as a way of being. Teaching yoga brought a new rhythm to her life and work—one grounded in mindfulness, presence, and the wisdom of slowing down in a fast-moving world.
What connects these seemingly different paths is a shared purpose—supporting others through change with clarity, presence, and care.

WHAT DOES THE COACHING PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
It all starts with a conversation.
We’ll start with a relaxed, no-pressure 30-minute session via Zoom. It’s a chance to connect, explore what you're seeking support around, and see if working together makes sense.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll co-create a structure that feels sustainable and supportive for you. Most clients meet biweekly, but the rhythm and frequency can flex depending on your needs.
All sessions are held virtually via Zoom, offering a consistent, grounding container—wherever you are in the world.
Each 1:1 session is a space to reflect, reset, and move forward with intention.
